I've been looking for a new toner to try out and as I was shopping on BeautyNetKorea, this product was on sale, so I was intrigued (hahaha, yes, I am a cheapass). The toner is elegantly packaged in a glass bottle with a twist cap. However, because it is a glass bottle afterall, it is heavy and can break easier than plastic!
The toner smells exactly as it sounds-- Bulgarian roses (if you've used My Beauty Diary Bulgarian White Rose masks, you'll exactly know what I mean). For me, I tend to prefer products that don't have a strong scent, but this product is fine.
This toner is alcohol free, so there's not much to worry in terms of it over drying your skin. I use this after cleansing my face, as not only does it help to remove more impurities, but it also leaves my skin smooth and refreshed. It's a nice feeling :P It has not caused me any breakouts so I am definitely thrilled with that.
Overall, I would rate this a 4/5 :)
